Why am I soooooo tired?
I'm jumping right in there tonight and asking you!
What makes you so tired?
The last few months i've been taking some vitamins before bed including an iron tablet, vitamin c, calcium, hair skin and nails and a magnesium tablet. I find myself not as tired as i remember i was but some nights its like i am running on a negative. A whole bunch of negatives.
Should I consider getting up earlier and being more productive first thing in the morning? What would you do?
